"All that we are is a result of what we have thought" (Buddha)
What do you think when you hear or read words like that said by Buddha? There are thousands of inspirational words to be found through the great teachers of our world, past and present but the ones that stay with me are the ones that appeal to my inner soul. My soul needs to believe the words are a source of guidance for me and will improve my life. "Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life's coming attractions". (Albert Einstein)
Your current life is a product of what you have thought. If you don't like what is happening in your life right now, change your thoughts. Surround yourself with people or the things that encourage good thoughts or visit places that promote great feelings. You'll see and feel the difference. Enjoy the sunny days and the rainy days. See the beauty in each and be reminded that the world will continue to move regardless. You can be as significant or insignificant to this world as you choose to be. "Whether you think you can or you can't, you are right" (Henry Ford).
Take responsibility for your actions and make them actions of purpose. Find your purpose, you know you have one somewhere if you think hard enough, and use it! It might be to write stories that inspire others, or it might be stories to entertain, a mystery to solve, a dream of far away lands or your thoughts on the world. That's why you're here, isn't it? You've been led to this place for a reason.
Be the creator of your own destiny!

Careful what you wish for........
Good Morning world! Wake up to another glorious day. The sun is shining even when it's raining or snowing or windy weather. When the sun shines in your heart, it's always a glorious day.
You might ask, do I always think this way? Well, yes and no. Yes, because even when times were tough, money was tight and my life in turmoil, I have pulled through for my love of my family and life. And no, because I admit there were times when I wanted out of this life, for a fleeting moment, when the world seemed to be against only me. But life hands you different challenges that let you know you are worthy. Life will give you what YOU think you need. And if what you get, you think is tough, then it's because you've wanted it but didn't think of the consequences attached. "Reactions for every action" You know this.
The "action" is your thoughts, created!
Dreams, fantasies, wishes; imagine if they ALL came true. Do we ever think about the consequences of those thoughts? Mostly NO because if we did it would delay the thing we wanted and we are so focused on getting that thing that we don't think of the end result. However, projecting yourself sometimes into the future of how your life would be, might be a good thing.
Having children, for example, is a wonderful dream for some, and an amazing feeling, it truly is to nurture and love this tiny being. Most will tell, me included, that the late nights, very little sleep, always on the go, in fact, the lifetime responsibility to this life you created, is the best thing in the world and worth every moment.
That being said, it will ALWAYS change your life forever. Most in good ways, some in drastic ways. Personally I know someone who, late in life decided to give her new husband his first child, she had 3 from her 1st marriage. So they tried and they won! Twins! They are gorgeous, let me tell you, but oh how she suffered. The pregnancy left her with arthritis, her hair fell out and her whole life changed again! She was 37 when this happened and now the twins are 4 and she also has 4 grandchildren, is renovating her home, works part time as a bartender and still finds time to spend with them all!
It all comes back to the thoughts and desires and wishes we have.
"Be careful what you wish for.....you just might get it!"
Today I am grateful for my husband, my 4 wonderful children, my beautiful granddaughter, my daughter-in-laws to be and this beautiful day. I am also grateful for the many inspirational people that have touched my heart with their wisdom. I am grateful for my imagination that has led me to the desire to complete my first novel. I am grateful also that I love to read books that have taken me to magical places and shown me other worlds apart from my own.
"You create you universe as you go along".
I couldn't imagine any other universe but my own as I'm sure you couldn't imagine any other but yours. Think about that!
