Hello and welcome to another glorious day. You're alive and feeling great and if you're not feeling great, then think of a waterfall with luscious trees at the base, where a beautiful mermaid sits atop a high gleaming rock and beckons you to come and play. You undress and dive deeply into the cool, crystal clear water and notice the tiny creatures of the large pond diving, darting and frolicking in the filtered sunshine. The mermaid darts in front of you and turns, smiling sweetly she begs you to have some fun. You dive, twist and twirl, and as you rise to the top again, you feel the bubbles tingle on your skin then disappear. You take a deep breath as you break through the water to taste the sweet air that your lungs have silently screamed for. What a wonderful feeling. The mermaid has vanished but you are left with the feeling of total happiness...............How are you feeling now?
This morning as I sat watching the waves break on to the shore, sipping my morning cuppa, I began reading some of the notes I have gathered over the years that speak of other times, lands and people. Some of this research has delved deeply into Religion. While I am not fanatically religious, I have had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful people dedicated to their particular faith. I believe in God, for who could deny that such beauty in our surroundings and ourselves was purposely created?
Anyway, the common thread I found is that for the most part, every religion promotes the "inspired word of God", and that to do good in ones life is to feel good about oneself. What is so bad about that? It is man who have corrupted the original meaning.
Think about it, when you do something nice for another person, how do you feel? Do you walk away feeling deflated and thinking, "damn I shouldn't have done such a nice thing" and then proceed to have a terrible day? No, it's quite the opposite!
God has provided for you enough to live a happy and rewarding life, to live in harmony with your fellow human being, with the environment and the natural world around you.
We all try to do the right thing but in many cases are tempted by our unknown conscious to sometimes rebel.
Get to know your inner conscious. Become more aware of your surroundings and listen to the wisdom that your intuition brings. The rebellious side of you can be tamed and with practice, that rebel can be a blessing as it helps you take good risks. How would you ever swim in the ocean with the threat of unseen creatures beneath you, if not for a little risk taking? How would you build your wealth to help you live abundantly if not just going that extra mile with a risk attached?
The mystery language of the earth is telling you to be a great person in your life by the small things that you do. We all have the power within us to speak this language for it was once common to us all. The "unseen" forces in our mind tell us we can do anything we put our mind to!
Remember to Remember
Everyone in his home........and God in all of them.
Think what those words mean to you right now.
More tomorrow.
